1. Membership

Eligibility: Membership is subject to approval by the Club's management. Applicants must meet age, professional, and social criteria as defined by the Club.

Renewal: Memberships must be renewed annually. Non-payment of dues may result in suspension of privileges.

Transfer: Memberships are non-transferable and non-assignable.

2. Use of Facilities

Access: Members and their registered dependents may access amenities including banquets, sports, and affiliated clubs.

Guests: Guests must be accompanied by a member and pay applicable guest charges.

Events: Event bookings are subject to availability and require advance payment.

3. Payments & Billing

Charges: All charges for services, food, beverages, and events must be settled promptly.

Invoices: Tax invoices will be issued for all payments.

Refunds: Refunds are at the discretion of management and only in cases of cancellation within stipulated timelines.

4. Conduct & Compliance

Behavior: Members and guests must maintain decorum. Misconduct may lead to suspension or termination of membership.

Dress Code: Appropriate attire is required in designated areas.

Alcohol & Smoking: Consumption of alcohol and smoking is permitted only in designated zones.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

Personal Belongings: The Club is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

Health & Safety: Members use facilities at their own risk. The Club disclaims liability for injuries or accidents.

Force Majeure: The Club shall not be liable for non-performance due to events beyond its control.

6. Privacy & Data

Data Collection: Personal information collected during membership registration will be used only for Club administration.

Confidentiality: Member data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Amendments

Policy Updates: The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes via official communication channels.
